Marketing Operations Manager

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational aspects of our marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless execution of our campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics, and the continuous improvement of our marketing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and a deep understanding of marketing technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end marketing processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to define marketing campaign objectives, strategies, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilisation of any new marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimising campaigns and improving ROI.
  • Monitor and maintain data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
  • Manage the marketing budget along with the head of marketing, tracking expenses, and providing regular updates to the Finance team.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets and their organisation and availability.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise various elements of campaigns, including email subject lines, landing pages, and calls to action.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.

Qualifications:

  • [X] years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). [delete as appropriate]
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
